We have our own trained youth advisory board and also specialise working towards fixed objectives with young people while simultaneously developing their skills in participation and consultation.

'Youth Friendly have worked with our Youth Service and almost 30 young people on producing a young person's version of the Caerphilly Children and Young People's Plan. Involving such a large number of young people in a group that would focus on such a detailed piece of work is always a challenge, but Youth Friendly facilitated the process very well. Following a series of workshops and consultations, the final booklet which is now the Young People's version of our CYP Plan has exceeded many local expectations and everybody involved (young people!) are very proud of their contributions!
The overall design and quality of the booklet is exceptional and we continue to receive very positive feedback from all who see the booklet - whether young or old, it's always well received and people are clearly impressed by it!
